Delivery Costs and Timings
Due to the current situation we send out all deliveries on a twice weekly basis (expect a lead time of 2/3 working days from when items are dispatched either with Tracked Royal Mail or a Courier service. Tracking details will be sent to you via text and email to keep you up to date on the day your items have been dispatched.
Heavy items (bolster/yoga mat) are shipping costs are £13.50 flat rate.
We are doing everything to keep our team and you safe during this pandemic and we pack our parcels with the upmost care and follow strict safety guidelines.
Whilst we acquaint ourselves with the new Brexit changes we are only shipping within the UK. Please email me on email@example.com if you'd like to order something and I will find out shipping costs.
Amending an order
If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org as once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.
Please note -
Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
Ánimo Store does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Please be sure to include your order number when returning the piece.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Ánimo Store.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
Ánimo Store does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
