Free shipping on UK orders - yay!
Due to the current situation we send out all deliveries on a weekly basis so every Tuesday we will dispatch all deliveries. (expect a lead time of 2/3 working days for Royal Mail in the UK and longer for European countries and further a field)
For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.
Amending an order
If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order please contact us immediately email@example.com as once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.
Please note -
Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
Ánimo Store does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Please be sure to include your order number when returning the piece.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Ánimo Store.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
Ánimo Store does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
